Heritage Irish Dexter Cattle: 100% Grass-Fed & Never Feedlotted

We raise heritage Irish Dexter cattle: a rare, triple-purpose breed known for its exceptional meat, rich milk, and ability to work as draft animals. Naturally docile and well-suited to small farms and homesteads, Dexters are easy to handle and thrive in regenerative farming systems. Their beef is prized for its incredible flavor and tenderness — so much so that top chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver have praised it as some of the finest beef available.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, grazing diverse pastures year-round. In winter, when the fields go dormant, they bale-graze our own harvested hay, ensuring they continue to receive nutrient-rich chemical-free forage. This natural diet results in beef that is lean yet tender, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and packed with essential nutrients like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and antioxidants.

By implementing rotational grazing year-round and bale grazing in winter, we improve soil health, enhance biodiversity, and reduce our reliance on external feed sources. This regenerative approach not only produces healthier, more flavorful beef but also helps rebuild the land, sequester carbon, and support a more sustainable food system.
